The Higher Institute of Business Administration (HIBA) in Damascus is developing the managers of today and tomorrow. In the current global economy, local markets quickly need to adapt to the challenges of the regional and international markets. This is not only the case for large international companies, also smaller independent companies need managers with an international focus, insight in international markets and economics. HIBA B.Sc and its graduate programmes like the MBA, EMBA and ECP are preparing those managers today, for the challenges they will meet tomorrow.
The school has been created as a university, but it has also been made autonomous with a direct link to the Minister of Higher Education.
