About the Institute's secretariat

The Secretary of the Institute is appointed by a decision of the Higher Education Minister upon the proposal of the Institute Dean and exercises all the functions exercised by the Secretary and the Assistant Secretary of the University provided in the Law of Organizing Universities and its executive regulations.
