The academic year is divided into two semesters and the duration of the academic year should not be less than 28 actual weeks. The number of weekly teaching hours should not be less than 26 hours and not more than 32 hours. The period of the educational theoretical and practical lecture is no more than two hours. The number of courses in each semester should not exceed eight courses and not less than five courses. The Board can add one course to it. The teaching language at the Institute is Arabic Language and some courses can be taught in a foreign language.
Successful students to the fourth year are distributed on the specified specializations in the Institute according to the rules established by the Board, taking into consideration the student's desire in light of the number determined by the Board in each specialization, the general average and the grads obtained by the student in the relevant courses of the required specialization.
